Trimurti

Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Shiva make up the trinity in Hinduism. The Trimurti, as they are collectively known, are the most significant and potent of all the Hindu gods.

The universe and all living things were created by the creator god, Lord Brahma. He is generally shown sitting on a lotus flower and has four faces and four arms.

The god of preservation, Lord Vishnu, is in charge of protecting and upholding the cosmos. He frequently has blue skin and wields a mace, a discus, and a conch shell. The most well-known Lord Vishnu avatars on earth are Lord Rama and Lord Krishna. Lord Vishnu is thought to have had 10 different incarnations or avatars.

The universe was destroyed in order to be recreated, according to Lord Shiva, the destruction god. He frequently has a snake around his neck and a trident. Lord Shiva is linked to yoga, meditation, and austerity.

In Hinduism, the trinity signifies the three main facets of the divine. Lord Brahma stands for the act of creation, Lord Vishnu for the act of preservation, and Lord Shiva for the act of transformation. The Trimurti are viewed as a one force that cooperates to keep the universe in a state of equilibrium and harmony.
